Ousmane Dembele has been one of Barcelona’s stars this season but the winger’s slow recovery from his recent injury is now a cause of concern for the Catalans.
The 25-year-old forward was ruled out for five to six weeks after picking up a knock in February as doctors predicted his return to full fitness in March.
According to Barca News Network, Dembele is expected to spend another 2-3 weeks on the sidelines as Barcelona’s medical and coaching staff wants to ensure his complete recovery to avoid the risk of any relapse.

The French winger has not suffered a relapse, but rather, his healing process is progressing at a slower rate and is now expected to make his comeback in April against Real Madrid.

Meanwhile, Chelsea and Manchester United are said to be interested in signing Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele, who is worth €60 million, The Hard Tackle reports.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Ousmane Dembele has won many hearts after the winger donated €100,000 to his boyhood club, FC Evreux 27, who are currently battling a financial crisis.
The Barcelona star remains loyal to his local town and the club that set him on the road to professional football, years after leaving the French side that plays in the fourth tier of the country's leagues.
Dembele started out in the club's youth ranks at the age of between 12 and 13, playing for ALM Évreux before switching to Evreux FC in 2009.
