Ancelotti says Real Madrid cheated
Meanwhile, Ancelotti believes Real Madrid’s superior psychological state of mind meant they were ‘cheating’ during their Champions League win against Liverpool, Daily Express reports.
The manager praised his team for their dominant display against the Reds, as the Spanish titans never looked in trouble against the Premier League side over both legs of their round of 16 tie.
The win over Liverpool also eased the pressure on Ancelotti, whose side has been struggling in La Liga this season and are also trailing Barcelona 1-0 in the Copa del Rey semi-final.
