Former Spanish referee Iturralde Gonzalez has taken a swipe at Real Madrid president Florentino Perez amid the corruption charges slapped on FC Barcelona.
Iturralde has a well-documented history of lashing out at Real Madrid. He once admitted in an interview that the odds are against Los Blancos when he is in charge.
According to Managing Madrid, the ex-La Liga official has defended Barcelona following the referee scandal which has rocked the Blaugrana.
His tirade with the reigning Spanish champions went a notch higher when Madrid detailed 17 mistakes made by Iturralde during his active days as a referee.

But in a quick rebuttal, the 56-year-old retired referee attacked Madrid, suggesting club president Florentino Perez tried to 'corrupt' him.
"After a Real Madrid-Deportivo game, a man wanted to take me into a room," he said as quoted by Football Tweet.
He [Perez] said, 'I'm only asking you to referee us as you do to Barça.'
"I asked him if he was joking. That man was Florentino Perez."
Real Madrid slams Iturralde
Real Madrid has taken their grievances with Iturralde Gonzalez to a dizzying height after compiling the former Spanish referee's mistakes and releasing them on social media.
Iturralde Gonzalez had angered Real Madrid after he criticized the reigning La Liga champions for releasing videos of refereeing mistakes that often happen against them.
The former referee had labelled Real Madrid as “gross and indecent” for their actions which come after Barcelona had been charged for making payments to referees by Spanish prosecutors.

Meanwhile, all the teams in the top two divisions of Spanish football released a statement calling for a thorough investigation into allegations that Barcelona were paying the former vice-president of the Referee's Committee, Enriquez Negreira, Sports Brief reported.
Madrid were the only club, apart from Barcelona, that refused to support the statement. However, the relationship between the two sides could now be breaking down. The Catalan club are deeply upset by Madrid's latest statement.
Los Blancos have since released a statement indicating they will be present against Barcelona in the upcoming hearings.
