Victor Wanyama tables lucrative offer to talented, bright Kenyan students
- The Spurs kidfielder, through his foundation, is willing to offer scholarships to two bright students
- One lucky boy and girl will have the chance to further their education in secondary school level courtesy of the foundation
- Wanyama is also set to build a football academy in the country
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder and Harambee Stars captain, Victor Wanyama, has promised to pay full school fees for two bright but needy students in Kenya.
Wanyama, through his Victor Wanyama Foundation, is offering a full scholarship to two needy students, a boy and a girl, who recently sat the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exam.

For one to qualify for the scholarship, the students must have sat his or her KCPE in 2019 and scored 400 marks and above in the recently released results.
The foundation that will be located in Wanyama's home county of Busia, will also run a sports academy.
The sports complex, that is expected to sit on a 20-acre piece of land, will nurture artistic and sporting talents while at the same time providing a pathway for academic excellence.

According to information posted on the Foundation's website, the facility will target youths aged 11 years and above from all over the country with the main aim to revolutionise sports training and education while providing key sporting infrastructure.

The long term vision of the Foundation is the construction of a ultra-modern sports complex, built to international standards.
