- His content mainly revolves around his daily football routine and a behind-the-scenes view
In this age of technology, it is not surprising to find a football player enjoying a parallel career on social media.
Many football stars these days use their online presences as a way of connecting with fans and perhaps securing some lucrative deals along the way.
To enjoy a massive following on social media as a football player, you typically have to have some sort of status on the pitch like Cristiano Ronaldo, who is the most-followed human being on the planet thanks to his exploits in the beautiful game.
However, there exists a little-known football star, who is more known for his social media influencing prowess than his actual skills on the ball.

Enter Alexis Andre, a 25-year-old goalkeeper who seems to have mastered the art of garnering followers on social media.
Better online than the pitch
As reported by Daily Star, Andre - of Moroccan descent - plays for National League side Maidenhead United and only recently started to gain more game time on the pitch.
However, his performances have not been superb, as he has only managed 10 league appearances and has kept a clean sheet just three times.
He failed to make an impact at Maidenhead, missing out on a staggering 16 matches.
Andre's main claim to fame is TikTok, where he typically shares 'day in the life' videos of himself as a football player.
He is not doing too bad on Instagram either, with a massive 512,000 followers on the photo-sharing platform.

NBAInterestingly, because he makes so few appearances on the pitch, one has to do some scrolling on Andre's social media to find a post of him before or after any games.
Marcus Rashford joins TikTok
Sports Brief also reported on the Marcus Rashford effect, with the England forward gaining more than half a million followers in a matter of hours after joining a social platform.
Away from football, the Red Devils star is building his social media presence and his latest move has been to TikTok, which is popular among sports personalities in particular.
The 25-year-old recently shared a video of himself juggling the ball on Twitter along with the caption revealing he had joined the app, asking the fans to 'wish him luck'.
