According to Daily Star and BBC Sport, Juve have already swung into action after "activating all the isolation procedures required by law".
The rule states that everyone who has been in contact with the defender would embark on self-quarantine to avoid infecting others who are clean at the moment.
He said: "You will have read the news and that's why I want to reassure all those who are worrying about me, I'm fine.
"At this moment, however, I feel even more duty to thank all the doctors and nurses who are struggling in hospitals to face this emergency.
