Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konate showed his playful side on Wednesday, March 1 as he taunted a fan by trying to take a shirt gift from Mohammed Salah.
The Reds were in action in the Premier League, where they welcomed Wolverhampton Wanderers, who beat them 3-0 in the reverse fixture less than a month ago.
After a goalless first half, Virgil Van Dijk and Mohammed Salah came up with the goods as they each scored to secure three points for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
The win took Liverpool to within six points off Tottenham in fourth place, and moods were certainly high at Anfield after the game.

Konate vs a fan
A video shared by @KonateFC on Twitter showed a hilarious incident involving Salah attempting to pass his match-worn shirt to an eager fan.
Anyone who understands football knows how passionate these fans can get when it comes to getting their hands on their favourite footballer’s match day shirt as a souvenir.
This was the case on Wednesday, as Konate nearly got reprimanding from a fan as he playfully attempted to intercept Salah’s shirt.
Fans instantly reacted to the incident, with some joking that Konate was also a super fan of Salah, despite being his teammate.
As far as his season so far is concerned, Konate has only made five appearances in the Premier League this season, including yesterday against Wolves.

Sports Brief also reported on an interesting incident during the Man United vs West Ham game as Marcus Rashford was eager to come on after his team conceded the first goal.
An interesting photo has emerged online showing Rashford asking Anthony Elanga for his shirt as he prepared to come on for his side, who were trailing at the time.
Rashford clearly believed he was going to come on and score and help his side to extend their unbeaten run at Old Trafford.
