  • Manchester United came from a goal down to beat West Ham in the FA Cup
  • The late comeback meant United will face Fulham in the next round
  • There was a scare in the game after West Ham took the lead, and cameras caught Marcus Rashford’s reaction to their team conceding at Old Trafford
  • Rashford has been United’s go-to guy for goals since after the World Cup in what is becoming his most prolific season

Manchester United fans could not help but admire Marcus Rashford’s reaction to his side conceding the first goal against West Ham in the FA Cup on Wednesday, March 1.

United had to come from a goal down to claim a 3-1 win over the Hammers, who are also struggling in the Premier League.

David Moyes’ side took the lead through Said Benrahma in the 54th minute, but they were pegged back as Nayef Aguerd scored an own goal after being put under pressure from Wout Weghorst.

Rashford was ready for action

It was yet another win for Erik Ten Hag’s side, who are now unbeaten in 19 games at Old Trafford.

The win was a bit different from what fans have gotten used to in recent months, as Rashford was not on the scoresheet this time.

However, the 24-year-old was ready for action as soon as United conceded the first goal.

An interesting photo has emerged online showing Rashford asking Anthony Elanga for his shirt as he prepared to come on for his side, who were trailing at the time.

The photo, shared on ESPN's Twitter, was a clear demonstration of the elite mentality Rashford currently has and the confidence that scoring for his team has brought to his game.

Rashford clearly believed he was going to come on and score and help his side to extend their unbeaten run at Old Trafford.

The England forward currently has 25 goals this season across all competitions.

Meanwhile, United's quadruple hopes are still alive as they will face Fulham in the quarter finals of the FA Cup.
