Rafael Leao has been in the spotlight as one of Europe's best young wingers after helping AC Milan win their first Serie A title in 11 years last season, picking up the league's MVP crown.
The Portuguese star's contract in Milan expires in the summer of 2024 and there has been a reported standoff between him and the club over a new contract, with the two parties far off in wage demands.
His blistering form and contract situation have put Premier League clubs - Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester City - on alert and they ready to pounce in case an agreement is not reached.
Is Leao against England move?
As reported by Manchester Evening News, Milan values the Portuguese attacker at €100 million, a figure which has not put interested Premier League clubs off his trail.

Chelsea's interest in the Portuguese star has cooled down after signing Ukrainian winger, Mykhailo Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk in January for £89 mil.
