Graham Potter's appointment is looking to be a wrong decision by the new owners of Chelsea, with the team experiencing a poor run of form and no end in sight despite huge investments in the transfer windows.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion manager led the Blues to five games in February, losing three against Tottenham Hotspur, Southampton, and Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League and drawing two against Fulham and West Ham United.
Joao Felix's strike against the Hammers was the only goal scored by the team over these five games, which has rival fans mocking the team for having an easy decision for their goal of the month.

One fan noted Chelsea had added three goals from the women's team and two from the club academy to fill up the nominations, while another laughed at the club spending £600 million for one goal in a month.
However, Arsenal have twice been in this situation.
As reported by Goal, Bukayo Saka's goal against Manchester City was the Gunners's only goal in January 2022. Republic World also reported that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's goal was the Arsenal's only goal in November of 2020.

FootballEmbattled Chelsea boss, Potter used Mikel Arteta and Arsenal as comparisons when defending the current situation.
The English coach said the Gunners underwent a similar trend but were now enjoying the benefits to sit atop the Premier League table, as reported by Mirror UK.
''We were talking before the game about watching 'All or Nothing' and Arsenal, two years into Mikel's reign he's close to getting the sack and people are wanting him out and it's a disaster. And now things have changed a little bit - and that's just the way it is,'' Potter said after the loss to Spurs.
Chelsea reportedly eyeing Potter's replacement
Sports Brief also reported on Chelsea having Brighton manager, Roberto De Zerbi on their list of potential replacements for Potter.
The Italian coach replaced the Englishman after he moved to the Blues and could succeed him at a second successive club.
However, the reports of Potter being replaced have not been well-received by the fans, who feel De Zerbi has also failed repeatedly.
