Mourinho recently treated AS Roma's U-14 team to a rare visit to the training gym where first-team stars often have their sessions. The players were also allowed to interact with the first-team players up close and take a few selfies.

This came after the youth side beat Lazio in Italy's famous derby Derby della Capitale. The two sides are neighbours in the capital and games are often fiercely contested, no matter the age group.

Mourinho seemingly wanted the players to understand how big their victory was. He has done a good job incorporating youth players into his squad this season.

Roma's senior team lost the first leg at home to Lazio and they will meet again on March 19 as they aim to qualify for Champions League football next season.

The Giallorossi are currently on 44 points, one behind Lazio, but they have played a game less. They will play their game in hand tonight when they face bottom club, Cremonese.
