His below par performances have seen him court criticism from a section of Chelsea fans, with some questioning the rationale of his signing.
Srna defends Mudryk
Srna has appeared to leap into the defence of the former Shakhtar Donesk forward, with the club chief insisting Mudryk is one of the best around.
Srna went on to compare the Ukraine forward to the likes of Kylian Mbappe, suggesting that his underwhelming form is only temporary.
"Mykhailo Mudryk is, for me, one of the best three players in Europe in his position after Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jr, the next one is Mykhailo Mudryuk," Srna told the Football Ramble podcast.
"Mykhailo Mudryk is from our academy, amazing kid, amazing boy, amazing player, unfortunately at Chelsea now it’s not a good mood, and Mykhailo as well, but Mykhailo has all the qualities to be one of the best players in the Premier League in the next couple of months, in the next couple of years," he added.

FootballMudryk sends defiant message
Sports Brief earlier reported that Mykhailo Mudryk showed fighting spirit by sending a defiant message to Chelsea fans despite his poor start to life at the club.
The Ukrainian has played six games and is yet to find the back of the net, which is quite excusable because he is still rusty, having not played for Shakhtar Donetsk since October before his move to Chelsea.
He took to his Instagram and called himself a genuine Ukrainian. He said they are warriors and never give up. He assured Chelsea fans he may lose many battles but will win the war.
