Danny Rose and Serge Aurier are among a number of players who have not travelled with the rest of the squad, with Pochettino confirming after the weekend's win over Crystal Palace he would ring changes to the side in Greece.

With lack of depth in the midfield, Victor Wanyama has earned a rare call-up to the squad and will now be hoping to make his first appearance for Spurs this season in Athens.

Wanyama is yet to play any match five games into the new season, making the match-day squad only twice as an unused substitute.
