Twelve years ago, Barcelona and Manchester United played in the final of the 2011 UEFA Champions League at Wembley Stadium. Yesterday the two teams were playing in the round of 16 play-offs of the UEFA Europa League.

As reported by Sky Sports, Brazilian winger Raphinha left Leeds United to join Barcelona for £55m, having turned down offers from Arsenal and Chelsea.

He hit a powerful shot from outside the box after Marcus Rashford had drawn Barcelona level moments before. He was met with an outstanding save by the Spanish goalkeeper and was stunned, as noted by Daily Star.
Raphinha later got his goal when it was adjudged that his curler did not touch the legs of striker Robert Lewandowski before it went in.

Raphinha angry at being substituted
Sports Brief earlier reported that Raphinha reacted angrily to being substituted shortly after drawing Barcelona level against Manchester United.
He was the difference maker as he assisted Marcos Alonso before scoring a goal of his own. He walked off the pitch disappointed and muttered inaudible words.
Xavi clarified after the match that he understood his frustration, and the player had apologised to him, and it was not much of an issue.
