Talented Nigerian musician, Patoranking, was given the honour of presenting the Arsenal Player of the Month award during his visit to the Emirates.

The multiple award-winning singer was in London to watch the game between Arsenal and Manchester City.

After the match, he presented Oleksandr Zinchenko with the Player of the Month award following his exploits in January.

Patoranking took to social media to share his excitement of meeting the Arsenal player and the team.

"I was honored to present “The player of the month” Award to Zinchenko Last Night…Not the result we wanted but we Move," he wrote on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Arsenal lost to Manchester City 3-1 and slipped to second position in the English Premier League table.

The reggae-dancehall superstar is an ardent fan of Arsenal, and has shared his love for the team severally on social media.

The Gunners will travel to the Villa Park next to play Aston Villa with the hopes of reclaiming top spot.

The North London club are hoping to win the Premier League for the first time in 19 years.

Nigerian musician to headline All-Star game

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that the 2023 NBA All-Star game will have an Afrobeats star-studded half-time show.

Grammy award-winners Burna Boy and Tems alongside Rema will be performing in Utah when the NBA All Stars parade for a game between the Eastern Conference and the Western Conference.

The NBA confirmed the trio of Nigerian singers will headline the event on February 19, 2023.
