Mbappe took to Instagram to share a photo of himself with the words "Tout reste à faire @psg," which roughly translates to "Everything has to be done."
However, it is the translation that has caused quite a stir on social media.
Clicking on the translate option added another line to Mbappe's original message which reads 'Manchester United's team is now on.'
Naturally, English-speaking fans have been left terribly confused by the post, with many trying to speculate what it could mean.
Some seem to think it's confirmation that PSG's Qatari owners were buying the club. While others seem to think that Mbappe was hinting at a move to Old Trafford.
