Arsenal and Manchester City are currently neck-and-neck at the top of the log, with just three points separating them ahead of their meeting on Wednesday night.
Elsewhere, Manchester United have emerged as outside title contenders, sitting third on the charts with 45 points.
On their part, Newcastle United will be hoping to secure a Champions League spot after an incredible campaign which has them occupying fourth place.

Chelsea meanwhile, have been underwhelming so far this season alongside Liverpool, with the two Premier League giants in the middle of the table.
At the bottom, Southampton, Bournemouth and Everton are occupying the three relegation spots.
Whereas both Everton and Southampton have made managerial changes in recent days in a bid to escape the drop, Bournemouth have opted to stick with Gary O'Neil - at least in the interim.

According to Opta's prediction on how things could pan out at the end of the season, the statisticians have projected the title race will go down the wire.
However, it is the Gunners who will eventually come out on top ahead of the Citizens, with a minimal margin separating them.
Man United and Newcastle have been predicted to seal the top four spots, with Spurs falling short in their bid to qualify for the Champions League.
