Former Super Eagles captain Austin Okocha has expressed worry over the injury suffered by Nigerian forward Victor Moses claiming that his club in Russia have really missed him.
Moses is currently on the books of Russian club Spartak Moscow after joining from Premier League side Chelsea in 2021.
The 32-year-old suffered an Achilles tendon injury against Ural in August 2022, and has not played for the Russian giants ever since then.
There is no doubt about the fact that Moses is one of the biggest Nigerian players considering how he has won the Premier League title with Chelsea and also the African Cup of Nations with Nigeria.

FootballEarlier, Sports Brief reported how former Super Eagles captain, Jay-Jay Okocha stated emphatically that French side, Paris Saint-Germain have quality players to win the Champions League title.
In recent years, PSG have made numerous attempts to become the champions of Europe, but their campaigns have all fallen apart in some way.
Their dominance in France cannot be over-emphasised but translating that success to the continental stage has proven a major challenge.
Okocha is not a stranger to the PSG dressing room, having played for the club between 1998 and 2002 before making a move to the Premier League with Bolton Wanderers.
