Barcelona has seen the sales of the club’s iconic number 10 jersey drop drastically as fans are refusing to wear the shirt now worn by teenager Ansu Fati.
The number 10 jersey has been the Catalan club’s most-sold shirts in previous years but the departure of legendary forward Lionel Messi has seen sales drop embarrassingly.
According to Goal, Fati's shirt is not even within the club's top six shirt sellers, with fans instead opting for the likes of Gavi, Pedri, and Robert Lewandowski.

Fati, once touted as the next big star of Barcelona, has failed to live up to the hype after struggling with injuries and loss of form which has seen him drop down the pecking order at Camp Nou.
Diego Maradona, Ronaldinho, Romario, and Messi are some of the popular names to have worn the iconic jersey number 10 while playing for Barcelona in the past.

Meanwhile, Barcelona stars Gavi, Robert Lewandowski, Pedri, Ronald Araujo and Ousmane Dembele have been listed as the players with the most jersey sales for the Catalan club, Tribuna reports.
Barcelona fans have been impressed with the performances of all five players which has led to the resurgence of the Catalan club both in La Liga and in Europe.
Barcelona are currently favourites to land this season’s La Liga as the Catalan giants presently lead arch-rivals Real Madrid with eight points in the race for the league title.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Barcelona president, Joan Laporta has responded to Lionel Messi's brother, Matias' stunning attack by declining to make a fuss about it.
Matias was skeptical of his superstar sibling returning to the club which he left in tears in the summer of 2021.
Even if the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner did return to Barcelona, Matias added, their first step would be to have Laporta exiled from his post.
