Barcelona manager Xavi is backing forward Ansu Fati to rediscover his best form again following his recent struggles with the Catalan giants.
Fati has been reduced to a fringe role this season owing to injuries and loss of form, prompting talks the La Liga leaders might be considering offloading the Spanish international.
According to Sportskeeda, Xavi has now revealed that Barcelona has no intention of selling Fati and has labelled the 20-year-old as an important member of the current Barca squad.

“Ansu Fati is non-transferable, like everyone in the squad right now. He’s a very important player. I have tremendous hope.
“We expect a lot from him, I have blind confidence in him. I have it with everyone. We have been shaping the squad based on what I have wanted.”
Fati has started just 13 games this season for Barcelona, falling down the pecking order at Camp Nou with Ousmane Dembele, Raphinha, and Pedri preferred ahead of the 20-year-old.

Meanwhile, sales of Barcelona's famous No.10 shirt, now worn by youngster Ansu Fati, have dropped dramatically following the departure of star player Lionel Messi, Goal reports.
According to a recent report, Fati's shirt is not even among the club's top six shirt sellers, with fans preferring the likes of Gavi, Pedri, and Robert Lewandowski.
The 20-year-old forward inherited the iconic jersey number from his Argentine predecessor Messi ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.
