Wizkid Chooses Ronaldo As the Real GOAT Ahead of Lionel Messi

Famous Nigerian music star Wizkid has sparked another round of debate among football fans after picking Cristiano Ronaldo as the best over Lionel Messi even though he claimed that he does not watch football.

Over the years, there have been serious rivalry between Ronaldo and Messi which has also been generating lot of debates among the fans of these two soccer warriors.

Messi has won seven Ballon d'Or award while Ronaldo has five in his cabinet even as the Argentine recently won the World Cup with his country in Qatar.

In an interview, Wizkid picked Ronaldo as his favourite, but however stressed that he doesn’t watch football in a video that has been making waves on Instagram.

Wizkid, is a prominent figure in the modern-day Afrobeats music scene and he is regarded as one of the biggest and most influential African artists of all time.

Sports Brief spoke to Nigerian reporter Dare Kuti on what Wizkid's choice of picking Ronaldo as the best over Messi, the experienced journalist says the Argentine only picked one which could have gone either ways.
