Former Zimbabwean player and football manager Peter Ndlovu is caught up in a legal suit over payment of child support for two of his 13 children after the mother dragged him to court.
Ndlovu was the first African player to play and score in the new-look Premier League in 1992 while playing for Coventry City and amassed 100 caps for Zimbabwe.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns player claimed the fee demanded by the woman for two children is exorbitant considering he takes care of his 11 other children.
Ndlovu unable to pay child support
As reported by Sun UK, the woman demanded a whopping £1,420 per month for the two children, which the former Premier League player cannot afford to pay, and the court reduced it to £568.

Speaking during the court session, quoted by All Africa, he claimed he had no relationship with the woman other than two meetings that resulted in the birth of the children and has not heard from the children since 2016.
''I have 13 children, including the two with the first respondent. I am obliged to contribute and see to the maintenance of all my 13 children,'' he said.
''I was not informed by the respondent about the pregnancies or the subsequent births of our children. The last I heard of the children was when she instituted maintenance proceedings against me in 2016. There is no communication between the respondent and me,'' he added.

FootballPele names denied child in his will
Sports Brief earlier reported that late soccer legend Pele named a child in his will despite denying he fathered her during her lifetime.
Sandra Regina was Pele's first daughter, who was born after he had an affair with his cleaner in 1963, and all attempts from her to be acknowledged were rejected despite a court ruling.
Though on his deathbed, he asked to see her children and named her in his will centred majorly around his £13m mansion. She passed away in 2006.
