Manchester United have been without defender Diogo Dalot who got injured in the Carabao Cup quarter-final match against Charlton Athletic last month.
The Portuguese have been resurgent under Erik Ten Hag this season, displacing Aaron Wan-Bissaka as the team first choice right-back. The English man has stepped up in his absence due to injury.
He is now nearing his return from injury as he was named on the bench in United's contentious 2-1 win over Crystal Palace at the weekend. He would expect to have some minutes against Leeds United later tonight.
Dalot buys new Ferrari
The 23-year-old's current United contract would have expired at the end of the current season, but the club triggered a one-year extension to extend it till 2024 while further talks are ongoing, as reported by Sports Brief.

He has now treated himself to a new exotic car as contract talks near completion, and he will be on a bumper salary. As noted by Sun UK, he turned up at the club's training complex in a black Ferrari FF worth £250,000.
The car has a top speed of 208 mph, can accelerate from zero to 62 mph in just 3.7secs and has a V12 engine. A former United star Nemanja Matic was the last to drive one at the club.
As revealed by Capology, he is currently on a £25,000 per week salary, which is expected to go up above £100,000 when he renews his contract at Old Trafford.
