Interestingly, the report further states the clubs that are pressing for the toughest of actions are the proverbial 'Big Six' - Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool.

The lawyer is the chair of the EPL's judicial panel and will be expected to form a three-member team to listen to submissions from both parties.
