FootballReal Madrid vs Al Ahly: Percy Tau Has Caused Los Blancos Trouble Before
- Real Madrid and Al Ahly are set to lock horns in the semifinals of the 2022 FIFA Club World Cup
- Los Blancos and the Red Devils will try to navigate around each other at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat on Wednesday
- For Percy Tau, it will be the opportunity to settle an old score against the reigning European champions
Percy Tau is not nearly daunted by taking on European champions Real Madrid.
'The Lion of Juda' has crossed paths with Los Blancos twice before in the UEFA Champions League while playing for Belgian club, Club Brugge. Tomorrow, will be the third time that the Bafana Bafana midfielder will entangle with the Spaniards, though it will be in the colours of Egyptian giants Al Ahly SC.
Tau was an absolute menace when the Belgians met Madrid in the 2019/20 season. The first match in Belgium ended 3-1 in favour of the visitors, before a classic at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium ended 2-2.
Tau should have scored a goal but for good goalkeeping, will have an assist to cherish for all time against football's royal family.
