Carlo Ancelotti is furious with the organisers of football competitions, with the veteran manager wanting something done about the fixture congestion in the sport.
The Real Madrid boss has seen his side compete in at least four competitions concurrently this season, leading to his players in action every midweek.
According to Football Espana, Ancelotti - who is set to lead Real Madrid to the FIFA Club World Cup next week - has now warned football organisers that players are likely to burn out soon.
“...We can’t have rest days. We have to stop for a moment because if the players get tired, all of this is over. It’s a great excitement to play in all these competitions, but there is a limit. All of us together have to do something to avoid this.”

Real Madrid are currently in the semi-finals of the Copa del Rey, the semi-finals of the Club World Cup, the Round of 16 in the Champions League, and in second place in La Liga.
