Nigerian midfielder Ebenezer Akinsanmiro has completed a transfer move to Serie A side Inter Milan from NPFL giants, Remo Stars, in a deal that came as a surprise.
Akinsanmiro years back started his career at Football College in Abuja before he later moved to Ikenne to team up with Remo Stars Academy.
At Remo, he was impressive, and his games paved a way for him to enter the first team in the last two seasons in which the club secured promotion to the Nigerian first division.
According to the statement Remo Stars made on their website, they confirmed that Akinsanmiro has signed a four-year deal with Inter Milan.

Sports Brief spoke with Remo Stars coach, Daniel Ogunmodede, who disclosed that Akinsanmiro's move to Inter Milan is a clear message to Nigerians on what they are doing at the Ikenne based club.
Statement made by Ogunmodede
''I can tell you that many players will still move from Remo Stars to bigger teams in Europe because that is part of our developmental process here and I am happy to be in charge of this great club.
''Our proprietor (Soname) is doing everything possible to ensure that all the players here lack nothing so that they will be able to do well on the pitch.''
