Leicester City have completed the signing of Ghanaian forward, Nathan Opoku in the winter transfer window.
The 21-year-old joins the Foxes from FDM Field Masters Sporting Club on a three-and-a-half-year deal.
Opoku was immediately sent away on loan to Belgium outfit, Oud-Hervelee Leuven for the rest of the season.

"Leicester City have completed the signing of Ghanaian striker Nathan Opoku from FDM Field Masters Sporting Club, with the youngster to join OH Leuven on loan for the remainder of the 2022/23 season, subject to league and international clearance."
Before joining Leicester City, Opoku was studying in the United States of America, where he was majoring in Communication and Rhetorical Studies at the Syracuse University.
He helped the university win the NCAA Championship and was the competitions most valuable player.
"I play more of a number 9 and sometimes as a number 10, depending on where the coach wants to use me," he told OH Leuven after joining them on loan."
Opoku described himself as coachable and adapting his style of play, adding he listens to what a coach wants and executes that wish on the pitch.
"I love the city Leuven and it's already been a great experience joining the team. I'm excited by this whole thing and I can't wait to get started."
OH Leuven coach, Marc Brys believes the Ghanaian forward will thrive in Europe.
“Opoku is a young, talented attacker who showed great things in America and now wants to do the same in Europe. He is eager and eager to learn and has a good passing game and shot," he said.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported on Ghana winger, Kamaldeen Sulemana completing his move to English Premier League side, Southampton in the winter transfer window.
The 20-year-old forward signed a four-and-a-half year deal to join the Saints from French club, Stade Rennais on the last day of the transfer window.
Southampton announced the signing of the player on their official website, after wrapping up the deal on January 31, 2023.
