The visit came after Manchester United beat reading 3-1 in the FA Cup on Saturday to book their place in the next round.
Ten Hag's work at United
The Dutch manager has managed to turn around the fortunes of the club after a shaky start to the season. He was welcomed by back-to-back losses at the hands of Brighton and Brentford.
He then had to deal with a public fallout with club legend Cristiano Ronaldo who ended up leaving the club.
However, six months later, the Red Devils are fourth in the Premier League table and are still in the title race conversation despite recent results.
He could also lead United to their first trophy in over six seasons if he wins the Carabao Cup on February 26th. United face Nottingham Forrest in the second leg of the semifinal having a healthy 3-0 lead.

FootballMaguire's message to Ten Hag
Sports Brief had earlier reported that Harry Maguire has admitted he does not want to be a bench player at Manchester United after an exemplary showing against Reading on Saturday, January 28.
Erik Ten Hag chose to start with the towering centre-back, which was only the third time in 2023 that Maguire was in the starting XI for a United game.
Following a solid performance at Old Trafford, Maguire spoke after the game with a clear message to Ten Hag that he was willing to fight for his place back in the squad.
