Chelsea fans have shared mixed reactions to emerging reports suggesting Jose Mourinho is eyeing a return to Stamford Bridge.
The Portuguese veteran is currently attached to AS Roma, who hired him back in 2021 after his shocking sacking by Tottenham Hotspur.
Mourinho enjoyed an illustrious career in the Premier League and had the rare opportunity of managing Chelsea, Manchester United and Spurs.
However, his most successful stint in the English top flight was during his six-year reign at Stamford Bridge, spread across two spells.

Mourinho's first reign was between 2004 and 2007, before he returned again in 2013 after plying his trade with Inter Milan and Real Madrid.
Mourinho eyeing Chelsea job
However, the 60-year-old seems to have unfinished business with the west London club.
According to Talksport, the Special One has already confided with Chelsea chiefs about his desire to return to Stamford Bridge for a third time.
Mourinho's desire to make a sensational return to the Premier League club comes at a time when the Blues are struggling for form under Graham Potter.
The 2021 Champions League winners are currently placed 10th on the standings with just 29 points, a massive 10 points behind a top-four spot.

As expected, a section of fans has already taken to social media to express their feelings on the news linking Mourinho with a return to Chelsea.
While some welcomed such a move, suggesting it would be plausible, others argued that the veteran manager would not be the right man for the job.

Chelsea eyeing Oliver Glasner
Earlier, Sports Brief reported on Eintracht Frankfurt boss, Oliver Glasner reportedly emerging as the favourite to take over from Potter if Chelsea sacks the Englishman.
Reports claim the Blues initially made contact with the Austrian while hunting for a successor to Thomas Tuchel, before they eventually settled on Potter.
Glasner has enjoyed a significant rise to prominence, after impressing since his arrival at the Bundesliga club back in 2021.
