Luiz Felipe Scolari has aimed a scathing attack on former Spain manager Luis Enrique who has been linked to the Brazil coaching role.
Scolari, who guided Brazil to its fifth World Cup title in 2002, has questioned the title-winning credentials of the 52-year-old manager.
Brazil are on a hunt for a new manager on the back of Tite's resignation from the post after the Selecao bowed out of the 2022 World Cup at the quarter-final stage.
According to Football Espana, Enrique has been contacted by the Brazil Football Federation (CBF), who are willing to appoint a non-Brazilian for the hot seat for the first time in the history of the nation.

However, Felipe Scolari, who had an uneventful second stint with Brazil, does not believe Enrique is the right man for the job.
"What has he won?" Scolari quizzed as quoted by Sportskeeda.
"It has to have performance. He is very good, but he has lost everything. What does it mean that he is good?”

Carlo Ancelotti has finally responded to reports linking him to the now-vacant Brazil head coach role.
Following Brazil's shock exit from the 2022 World Cup at the quarter-final stage, which led to the resignation of Tite, Ancelotti has been rumoured as an ideal candidate for the role.
The serial winner is currently attached to Real Madrid until next year, and it will take a mighty strong wind to whisk him away from the Spanish capital.

Sports Brief earlier reported that Ronaldo De Lima has stated emphatically that he will love the Brazilian Football chiefs to hire one of Pep Guardiola, Carlo Ancelotti or Jose Mourinho as the next coach of the national team.
Lima's comment comes days after Brazil crashed out of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar losing their quarterfinal clash against Croatia in a result that was painful to the likes of Neymar and Rodrygo.
According to the report on ESPN, De Lima explained that he would love to see any of the three mentioned coaches become the next gaffer.
