Barcelona is no longer among the top five richest football clubs in the world after the official Deloitte Money League for 2023 was released.
The Catalan giants only made €638.2 million which was good enough for the seventh position after a trophyless season where they were dumped out early from the Champions League.
According to GIVE ME SPORT, For the second year running, Manchester City has topped the Money League having made €731m in total revenue.

Real Madrid came in second despite winning the 2021/22 UEFA Champions League, amassing a total of €714m with Liverpool in third with a revenue of €702m.
Manchester United with €689m and Paris Saint-Germain amassing €654m revenues complete the 26th edition of the Deloitte Football Money League top five rankings.

Meanwhile, the 26th edition of the Deloitte Football Money League was dominated by Premier League clubs with 11 English sides in the top 20 richest football clubs.
Five of the Premier League’s ‘big six’ clubs reported revenue increases of 15% or more which is a total increase of €226m as new commercial partnerships began and non-matchday events, Deloitte reports.
