The rift between Barcelona and La Liga has reached new heights following the Catalan club’s decision to take the Spanish body to court.

Since the fallout of the European Super League which Barcelona were one of the key founders, La Blaugrana has been at loggerheads with the La Liga hierarchy led by Javier Tebas.

According to Football Espana, Barcelona has raised a case in a local commercial court against the Spanish league body after they were denied their privilege share from La Liga’s TV deal.
