Ousmane Dembele is proving to be one of Barcelona’s best players this term, after grabbing his fifth La Liga goal for the Catalan giants this season.

The 25-year-old winger scored the lone goal, as Xavi’s men defeated Atletico Madrid 1-0 to move three points clear at the top of La Liga above rivals, Real Madrid.

Dembele has now become the second French player to reach five goals and five assists in La Liga, equalling the tally of national teammate, Antoine Griezmann.

Both French players played a key role for Les Blues as they reached a second consecutive World Cup final in Qatar.
