An airport staff has gone viral after he was caught on camera switching off the TV during the penalty shootout of the 2022 World Cup final.
The mouthwatering clash pitted Argentina and France, with the former being crowned the champions.

However, The Sun reports that this was not the case for some fans in one airport who missed the dramatic shootout after a worker chose to switch off the TV in the departure lounge.
The hilarious yet shocking incident was caught on camera and has since gone viral after it was shared on Instagram.
In the video, the airport staff can be seen walking towards the TV set and blanking it as French star Aurélien Tchouaméni stepped up to take his kick.
His actions were met with groans and boos from passengers, who clearly did not approve of the move.

FootballBut the boos were not enough to compel the man to rescind his decision as he can be seen marching away as he waved away the angry reaction.

Martinez played a key part in Argentina's triumph at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar where he won the Golden Glove Award.
In Buenos Aires, Martinez was seen holding a doll with Mbappe's picture on it as the players engaged with fans in an open-bus parade.
