The Middle East nation was on the spot for a lot of 'stringent' rules before the World Cup began, notably refusing to bend its laws on the LGBTQ community, public displays of affection, and even alcohol.

The Argentinian fan went full shirtless to celebrate La Albiceleste's first World Cup since 1986. However, Qatari rules dictate that women should ensure their shoulders and knees are covered at all times.
