Messi sends fans message
Messi has now sent fans a vital message just hours before the clash, declaring that he 'is ready.'
The seven-time Ballon d'Or winner posted his message to his more than 390 million Instagram followers.
"I’m ready. Let’s go, Argentina!! #ImpossibleIsNothing," the star forward captioned a photo of himself in an Argentina kit.
Messi's message came at a time he will be expected to lead La Albiceleste to glory.
The 35-year-old has played a pivotal part in the team's impressive campaign, scoring an incredible five goals and setting up four others.
The five goals have him tied with France's Kylian Mbappe as the leading goalscorers at the tournament.
