Lionel Messi will be joined in his hotel room by familiar face Sergio Aguero as the Argentina captain shares his room for the first time in the ongoing 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Messi has stayed alone since the start of the tournament in Qatar but will open his doors to long-time friend and teammate Aguero as Argentina gears up for the World Cup final.
According to The Sun, for nearly 20 years, Aguero and Messi have been close friends and Argentina roommates, even during their youth team days.

Messi who is the godfather to Aguero’s son, played together with the former Manchester City forward in Argentina youth teams, winning the Olympics football tournament together.
Upon his arrival in Qatar, however, Aguero has reunited with his best mate and will be cheering Messi and the Argentina team as they tackle France in the World Cup final on Sunday.
