France's president Emmanuel Macron is having a whale of a time at the 2022 FIFA World Cup out in Qatar.
He was on hand at the Al-Bayt Stadium to witness Les Bleus withstand the ferocious Atlas Lions of Morocco, running out 2-0 winners in the historical semi-final on Wednesday.
After the match, he was seen in a video tweeted by SuperSport, celebrating with coach Didier Deschamps and his charges inside the stadium's changerooms.
The French are now 90 minutes away from becoming the first nation since Brazil in 1962 to defend their world cup crown.
