  • Videos of two women juggling the ball have gone viral on social media after they impressed fans with their skills
  • The women juggled the ball with such ease and flair akin to what we see from professional footballers
  • Women's football continues to be on the rise with FIFA initiating steps to develop it across the world

Football had for a long time been perceived to be a male sport. But with constant evolution, learning and unlearning, it became apparent that women too can kick a ball as sweetly as their male counterparts.

With this came the rise of the Megan Rapinoes, the Sam Kerrs and the Alexia Putellas as women started to get a stronghold in football. There is still a long way to go but the significant improvements over the years are worth noting.

Apart from the professional side, women have also entertained using football. Take for example these two women who juggle the ball effortlessly you'd think they have Brazilian genes.

Videos spotted by Sports Brief showed one elderly woman doing some keepie uppies using her feet, ankles and knees. The secret of successful keepie uppies is how long you can keep the ball up in the air. The woman uses both her feet before cooly setting the ball on the back of her head.

Even better, the second woman has an audience. The fans in the video appear to challenge her to do 100 keepie uppies and she accepts the challenge. She juggles with her feet for a few seconds to pave way for the main highlight of her show.

Reece James' chesting prowess

She gets into a crouch position and uses her head only to keep the ball in the air. With the backing of the crowd, she gets into full swing and uses her shoulder and head interchangeably. She then pulls off another masterpiece by resting the ball on her chest area. Perhaps even better than the way Chelsea's Reece James does.

After she is done, she tells her audience 'pesa yenu ndogo' which in this context is loosely translated to 'I've given you a show worth more than the money you have given me.'

She then calmly exits the stage having wowed her fans with the same poise and elegance she used to juggle the ball. You probably won't see anything better.
