England defender Kyle Walker has promised to make life difficult for Kylian Mbappe ahead of their quarterfinal clash with France.
England's mouthwatering showdown with the defending world champions has been overwhelmed with discussions on how England can deal with the threat Mbappe poses.
Mbappe has so far played a starring role in France's quest to defend the World Cup, scoring five goals in the competition, by far the best player in the Mundial, EuroSport notes.
The 23-year-old is currently the top scorer at the World Cup but Walker reckons the quarterfinal clash is not about them.

"The game isn't England v Mbappe, it's England vs France," Walker said via Daily Mail.
The Three Lions full-back, who will be charged with stopping the France ace, vowed not to show too much respect.
"We will give respect but I'm not going to roll out a red carpet for him to score. It's a do or die as if we lose we go home."
He added when pressed on how someone as talented as Mbappe is stopped: "I do understand what I need to do and that's to stop him. It's probably easier said than done but I don't underestimate myself.
"I've come across great players before so I just treat it like another game.
