Actor and Wrestling superstar John Cena has reportedly married his stunning 29-year-old girlfriend Shay Shariatzadeh at a private event.

The 43-year-old is reported to have tied the knot with the Iranian-born Canadian at a secret ceremony on Monday, October 12, according to Wrestling Inc.

The occasion is believed to have taken place in Tampa, Florida, having earlier filed for a marriage certificate.

Cena and Shay were also engaged in secret after initially meeting in February 2019 at a restaurant in Vancouver and their relationship did not take long before they decided to settle down for life.

This will be Cena's second marriage and third publicised relationship after previously being married to Elizabeth Haberdeau from July 2009 to May 2012.

The actor dated WWE star Nikki Bella from 2012 and even proposed to her in April 2017.

In April 2018, the famed couple called off their engagement just a month to their wedding with claims Cena was not interested in children.

After six years with Cena, Bella moved on to her now fiancé Artem Chigvinstev and were blessed with a baby boy Matteo who is now two months old.

The 36-year-old diva said she knew the actor would somehow regret having children with her.

Cena made it no secret that he did not want children in the relationship but he eventually eased his stance and was willing to reverse his vasectomy.

According to Bleacher Report, Shay is a graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and currently works as product manager for Avigilon, a Motorola solutions company.
