Jalel Kadri's coaching career

Jalel debuted in the coaching scene in 2001 and served for a year before being part of several other football clubs, such as AS Kasserine, AS Gabes, EGS Gafsa, and El Makarem de Mahdia. During the 2006/7 season, he coached Jendouba Sport and later moved to Tunisia U20 the following season.

During the 2009/10 season, Jalel coached ES Zarzis and EGS Gafsa, respectively. Thanks to his undeniably incredible coaching skills, it was only a matter of time before he started nesting his fame in glory.

After serving as an assistant coach for the Tunisian national team in 2013, he joined another club, Al-Nahda Club, for the 2013/14 season. Aside from the Tunisian soccer club, he managed JS Kairouan, CA Bizertin, Emirates Club, Stade Tunisien, Al Ahli Tripoli, and Al-Adalah.

In mid-2021, he was appointed assistant coach of the Tunisian national soccer team for the second time under Mondher Kebaier. The two proved to be a good team as they led the squad to the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.

It was during the round of 16 of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations that he landed his first appointment as a head coach following Kebaier's Covid-19 contraction. He has since coached the team and is awaiting the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
