Paris Saint-Germain manager Christophe Galtier has stressed Kylian Mbappe does not receive preferential treatment at the club.
Mbappe, who opted against joining Real Madrid to ink a lucrative three-year contract extension with PSG, was rumoured to have received 'special powers' at the club after renewing his stay with the Parisians.
According to multiple speculations, the 23-year-old World Cup winner was given executive powers, with many football fans acknowledging him as the de facto 'sporting director' of the club.
Kylian's seemingly entitled attitude on the field interlaced with his well-documented dressing room rift with Brazilian playmaker Neymar fuelled reports of the supposed preferential treatment given to him.

"He embodies the project, there can be no doubt. But when I say that he embodies the project, it is not that he is above the club,'' Galtier told RMC Sport via GOAL.
The former AS Monaco prodigy has linked up with the French national squad for the soon-to-start FIFA World Cup and will be hoping to help Les Bleus defend their title in Qatar.
