Premier League champions Manchester City were stunned at the AMEX Stadium after losing 3-2 to Brighton & Hove Albion in their penultimate league game of the season.
The Citizens got the game started on a blistering note with Ilkay Gundogan combining with Riyad Mahrez to give the visitors the lead just two minutes into the encounter.
Gundogan ran towards the left side of the post after spotting the Algerian dancing on the ball trying to dribble the opponent.

He got a chance to head home the opener after the winger delivered the ball into the midst of the crowd in the danger zone.
However, it was a nightmare for the Etihad Stadium outfit eight minutes later as Joao Cancelo was handed a straight red card after pulling Danny Welbeck down as the last man.
Regardless of the one-man deficit, Pep Guardiola's men were able to contain their hosts as they kept the goal line at 1-0 by the end of the opening half.

Adam Webster restored parity for the hosts in the 72nd minute while Daniel Burn's 76th-minute effort ensured they came from two goals down to beat the champions as they remain about 12 points above the relegation zone.

The Belgian star took part in the Citizens' training earlier this week, thereby ruling out speculations that he will miss the highly important encounter.
