Bruno Fernades has been compared to four Manchester United legends after playing his 100th Premier League game, as the Red Devils secured a late 2-1 win over Fulham on Sunday, November 13.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer signed the Portuguese player in January 2020 and Fernandes has been a revelation ever since. Despite the constant change of managers at the club, he has been ever-present.
According to Transfermarkt, Fernandes has registered 38 goals and 25 assists since he made his debut nearly three years ago.
The Portuguese captained United on Sunday evening, setting up Christian Eriksen's opener against the Cottagers in a pulsating encounter.

Erik ten Hag's side were on the ropes for most of the second half, but Alejandro Garnacho scored the important winner, according to the BBC.
Fernandes compared to United legends
Man United legend Gary Neville has said that Fernandes' consistency puts him alongside some of the club's best-ever players.
After 100 games, only Eric Cantona, Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Dwight Yorke have better goals + assists than him.
Neville described Fernandes as one of the very best in the Premier League, with United's struggles unfortunately taking some of the shine away.
"You look at him in the Premier League and you put him in great company. You look at those great players on that list - he's the only midfield player," Neville said according to the Mirror.

FootballNeville added that Fernandes has been one of United's best-ever players since he joined a few years ago, despite playing in a much worse team.
Fernandes's recommendation to Man United
Sports Brief earlier reported on Fernandes and Cristiano Ronaldo recommending a Portuguese star to the club.
The two have privately recommended the signing of Benfica star Antonio Silva to represent Old Trafford.
United will have to contend with competition from Real Madrid and Barcelona though, should they pursue the Benfica ace.
