A section of Chelsea fans has called on the club to sack Graham Potter as the manager following their latest defeat against Newcastle.

Despite their earlier bright start under Potter, the Blues have hit a rough patch in recent weeks, with the side losing four of their last five fixtures.

Having been bundled out of the Carabao Cup mid-week by Manchester City, the west Londoners were expected to return to winning ways during their Premier League trip to St. James Park.

However, Potter's charges went on to stage a dismal performance as they were humbled 1-0 by the Magpies.

Joe Willock's second-half goal was the only difference in the tie as Chelsea suffered a major top-four blow.

The result saw Potter come under fire from Chelsea fans, with a section of fans calling for his sacking.
