Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann explained the player will undergo a scan to determine the extent of the injury.

"He got hit on the head of the shin. This is an awkward spot. It has to be X-rayed to clarify it," said the coach as quoted by Bayern Munich's official website.
The former Liverpool forward is enjoying a decent start to life in Germany, scoring six goals in 14 Bundesliga games.
Bayern Munich ended up thrashing Werder Bremen 6-1 on Tuesday night.

A statue of Senegal legend Sadio Mane has drawn massive reactions from fans of the player on social media.
The statue, designed and built by a Senegalese artist, was spotted in the player's hometown of Bambali. However, fans have mixed reactions to the tribute.
The sculpture was designed in the likeness of Mane in a Senegalese jersey, reminiscent of one of his celebrations during AFCON 2021.
