Manchester United have reportedly offered Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo plus cash to Serie A giants Napoli for the signing of Nigerian super striker Victor Osimhen.
The Red Devils have not been having it rosy this term in the Premier League and there has been pressure on Erik Tag for him to deliver at Old Trafford.
Osimhen on the other hand has been wonderful this season for Napoli and the Nigerian striker even scored three goals for his side on Saturday, 29 October.
The former Lille striker has been praised by many Nigerian football fans for his brilliant goal scoring form this season for Napoli.

According to the report on Eurosport, Man United chiefs are still interested in the signing of Osimhen and Ronaldo could go the other way in January 2023.
The 23-year-old Nigerian has been tracked by Arsenal and Tottenham as well.
Osimhen offers to help
Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Ethiopian steward Matteo Lo Cicero explained that Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen immediately offered to help him out after being suspended by those in charge at Roma.
Cicero's dream of meeting his idol Osimhen was fulfilled last Sunday after the Italian Serie A game between AS Roma and Napoli in which the Nigerian scored the winner for his side.
The 18-year-old Ethiopian was working as a matchday steward for Roma and rushed to meet Victor Osimhen after the game and took selfies with the Nigerian star.

FootballIt was Nigerian sports journalist, Oma Akatugba, who actually took Cicero to meet Osimhen and they both had friendly conversation.
Cicero explained that he was actually suspended while still discussing with Osimhen.
He added that Osimhen was not happy with the situation and offered to do something good as soon as possible.
