Legendary Black Stars midfielder Sulley Muntari insists players in Ghana's domestic leagues don't get the best treatment and that has affected the quality of talents available.
The 2010 UEFA Champions League winner returned home to play for Hearts of Oak after an illustrious career abroad.
Muntari, after winning the President Cup and the FA Cup with the Phobians decided to end his stay with the club.
In the six months he spent in the Ghana Premier League, Muntari was not happy with how players were treated before, during and after games.

"The league and all these things, It's horrible," he told Dan Kwaku Yeboah TV. "There are talents in the Ghana Premier League. The young boys have to be treated well," he added.
"You can't travel with kids and leave them seven to nine hours to play football. And you don't treat them the way you don't want to be treated.
"So I think if we want a very good future for these kids. The first division, second division, colts and the premiership, we really have to focus on them."
The 37-year-old has been linked with Hearts of Oak's rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko, but Muntari is yet to make a decision about his future in the sport.
Muntari played for Ghana at three World Cups, including the 2010 edition in South Africa.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Legendary Ghanaian midfielder Sulley Muntari has shared his experience playing in the domestic topflight league with Hearts of Oak.
The 37-year-old spent six months with the Accra-based club, winning the President Cup and the FA Cup.
His decision to play in the Ghana Premier League was because his son wanted to watch him play, but Jamal Muntari quit going to the stadium after two games because his father could not score goals.
